Last year Susan Fleming
and I produced a CD-ROM for Camping Unlimited. While we both wore
many hats, Sean Gonsman did the sound work. The camp is a non-profit
organization that provides recreational activities for children and
adults with developmental disabilities. The campers and the counselors
are the real stars.
The purpose of the CD is threefold; to help with fund raising, to
recruit counselors, and to recruit campers.
As well as providing the camp with a CD-ROM, I authored and maintain
the Camping Unlimited website. The website has become the informational
workhorse for the camp. Because of its worldwide accessibility, the
website keeps the campers informed and attracts counseling staff from
many different countries.
